ARTWORK & COMMISSIONS:applies to commissions taken after 8/15/2024✧ my artwork is never to be used as a base, edited, traced, or copied.✧ i will not make any major edits to a commission after sketch is approved and in the lining process unless a fee is paid. i will not make any major edits after artwork completion.✧ i aim to complete commissions within 2 months of acceptance, but may exceed this depending on my circumstances. i am always open to updating and informing if contacted. updated 3/3/26✧ i only accept expedited commissions if a fee of $15 is paid. this guarantees 1-3 day completion, and is not applicable to large pieces (ex; illustrations, reference sheets).✧ artwork given as a gift is void of value and does not add to the character’s worth. artwork received in an art trade holds the same value as my commission work.✧ prompts and characters may NOT be changed after i’ve begun the commission unless a fee is paid. the fee depends on the size of the art piece.✧ works in progress will be sent for sketch and coloring stages. these and general updates can be asked for at any point in time, although i cannot guarantee i will have one every time.✧ my art is strictly for personal use only. paid commercial use can be discussed prior to me accepting the commission. do not use my art commercially for any reason without permission from me.PAYMENT:✧ payment must be made upfront within 24 hours of claiming a slot unless we have discussed otherwise.✧ i accept USD via paypal, venmo, or cashapp. paypal payments must have address set to “non applicable”.✧ silently backing out of a payment will result in a temporary blacklist that may be appealed in the future.REFUNDS/CHARGEBACKS:✧ refunds are provided in cases in which i am at fault, or am taking an extended amount of time on a commission. i will not provide refunds for trivial reasons. updated 3/3/26✧ the refund amount will vary depending on how far i am into the commission.

- 75% if i have an approved sketch
- 50% if i am midway through
if i am nearly finished with the piece, i will not provide a refund.✧ if you back out of a payment plan, you will not be refunded. this is to protect my safety as well as to deter anyone who thinks they may not be able to complete payment for any reason. however, extensions are allowed and can be discussed.✧ you may not chargeback for any reason. chargebacks will result in immediate blacklist + block, as well as your commission being resold (as ych or otherwise).PLEASE NOTE:✧ i can be a sporadic artists at times for various reasons, mainly due to ADHD and art block. this means i can take a long time on commissions, or forget to communicate.✧ this is all to say, PLEASE do not hesitate to message me at any point for an update or to bump your message. i am welcome to updating as frequently as needed!

DESIGNS:
✧ adopts that are received from me via trade are worth the same amount as the worth of the art/character you traded me and can be sold as such.✧ redesigns of my designs are allowed on your own new art piece. do not color over my art unless it is a small edit that i have approved of.✧ don't inflate the worth of my designs when trading/selling. examples:
↳ trading your 100 dollar character for a design by me worth 50 and claiming it is now worth 100 (it is not).
↳ allowing people to "bid" on a design of mine you own when there is a set worth.
